Kimberly Chelsea Kwesiga is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has 5 years of experience in the legal sector focused on commercial litigation, arbitration, litigation and solving corporate disputes through ADR. She is also a founder of the law firm.

 

Kimberly is specialised in and has a passion for sports law and has been retained by several sports organisations in Kenya and represented them before the Sports Dispute Tribunal in Kenya.

Kimberly has hands on experience and training in contract drafting, management and negotiation, Employment disputes and conveyancing.  She has worked on developing legal policies, developed organizations by-laws for the Architects Registration Board of Uganda aimed at increasing organizational advocacy and regulatory presence.
