Lee Mutunga is a Partner and heads the commercial law practice at Lee, Kwesiga & Kiprono Advocates LLP. He holds an LL.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester, is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Notary Public with nine years’ post‐qualification experience, he specializes in
corporate and commercial law with a focus on banking and finance,
intellectual property, dispute resolution, and trust law. Lee also
teaches Corporate Law at Riara University, combining academic
insight with practical expertise.
