Lee Mutunga

Lee is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and a young member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration. He has a Master in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester and 6 Years experience at the National & International Level.

Lee started his career in the  Kenya Power and Lighting Company legal department working on commercial contracts, power purchase agreements and energy law in general. He later worked with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) on projects that involve investor state dispute settlement, electronic commerce, security interests and investment arbitration. He later founded Impetus Law (now Lee Kwesiga & Kiprono Advocates LLP) after a merger with Chirchir & Co. Advocates.
