This dissertation seeks to understand the jurisdictional issues, within the evolving cyber landscape in evaluating the extraterritorial enforcement, while appreciating the acumen required to precisely establish a genuine territorial connection. The focus will be to provide insight into the strengths and limitations of Kenya’s legal framework to combat extraterritorial cybercrime.
